Exams and Rechecks

We recommend calling ahead to book an appointment for your preventative veterinary needs, such as annual exams, vaccines and medical rechecks. We will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.

We now send out yearly reminders for annual exams and vaccines. When you receive your yearly reminder, please call to schedule a time that is most convenient for you.
Emergencies and Sick Exams

Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible, please call ahead in order to help us be efficient as possible in caring for your pet

We see emergencies and illness 6 days a week.

Our veterinarians are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has.

Emergencies can include: hit by car, foreign body ingestion, vomiting and diarrhea, poison, sudden collapse, wounds.

If in doubt, please call and a member of our team can advise you of the urgency of your pets problem.
Surgeries/Dental

Electives. Spay, neuter, feline declaw (front feet only)

Dentals. Routine cleaning including digital x-rays, extractions, bone grafting. All of our dental surgeries are performed by veterinarians who have received additional training by boarded verterinary dentists.

Orthopedic. Please ask to speak with one of our veterinarians about your orthopedic needs.

Others. Abdomenal surgery (e.g. pyometra, C-section, foreign body stomach and intestinal obstruction, urinary stones), select eye procedures, skin fold reduction, rhinoplasty, mass removal.

Open Hospital

We operate an open hospital. This means that owners are welcome to be with their animals during any medical procedure, whether a simple vaccination or a complex surgery.
Payments

We accept payment via cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or debit. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal cheques. In order to continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
Estimates

We can provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
