1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

3. When unexpected illness strikes your pet, unexpected expenses strike as well.  We understand this and can help you make arrangements for financing through the PetCard program. Our staff will help you with the application process.  

4. Another popular option for your family and pet is insurance coverage. There are many companies that carry pet insurance and you can find these on the internet. We do not support or promote any particular insurance company; however, we are currently offering free trials with Petsecure (www.Petsecure.com).
